Good website, delivery and high quality plants
The initial delivery arrived broken after not being delivered on the expected date . DHL pulled up outside the house , driver went to back of van , re-emerged empty handed and drove away without approaching the house . I suspect he had failed to bring the item or knew it was broken . It was delivered broken next day after I had complained toDHL. Not to worry , a replacement was dispatched by ROUNDWOOD the same day and arrived the following day undamaged . I advise ROUNDWOOD to use a different delivery company . Very pleased with the product and customer service .
